    What You'll Do

    As a Home Health Speech Therapist, you will:

    • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive communication disorders.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals.
    • Educate patients and caregivers on communication strategies and home exercise programs.
    • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
    • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
    • Help patients improve their communication, independence, and overall quality of life.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
    • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Comfortable using tablets, mobile devices, and EMR software

    Preferred:

    • One year of Speech Therapy experience
    • Home Health or Hospice experience
