Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator / Client Service Representative

South Portland, Maine | Full-Time | In-Office

Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

$23-$25 per hour + Benefits + Weekly Pay

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating schedules for caregivers and clients
  • Answering calls and helping clients, staff, and healthcare partners
  • Solving scheduling issues and helping keep operations running smoothly
  • Supporting daily office tasks and team operations
  • Creating positive experiences for clients and employees
  • Keeping communication clear, professional, and organized

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience

  • Previous medical scheduling experience is a plus
