Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
$23-$25 per hour + Benefits + Weekly Pay

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating schedules for caregivers and clients
- Answering calls and helping clients, staff, and healthcare partners
- Solving scheduling issues and helping keep operations running smoothly
- Supporting daily office tasks and team operations
- Creating positive experiences for clients and employees
- Keeping communication clear, professional, and organized

Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, scheduling, staffing, customer service, or office administration
- Previous medical scheduling experience is a plus
