    RN Nurse Team Manager – North Shore, Massachsetts

    We're looking for an experienced RN Nurse Team Manager to lead a home health nursing team.

    Qualifications:

    • Active Massachusetts RN license
    • 6+ years of nursing experience
    • 3+ years of leadership/management experience

    Position Details:

    • 75% fieldwork supporting clients and clinical staff
    • 25% administrative and team management
    • Lead and mentor a team while ensuring high-quality patient care
