What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes throughout Pahrump

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations

• Develop and update individualized plans of care

• Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and wound care

• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to physicians

• Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and home safety

• Coordinate services with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Ensure compliance with home health policies and applicable regulations

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Previous Home Health nursing experience strongly preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to work independently and manage patient visits efficiently

• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
