What You'll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide nursing services in patients' homes.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Complete clinical documentation and coordinate patient care.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho (or ability to obtain)
New graduates and experienced RNs are welcome.
Ability to travel between patients' homes.
