Home Health Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Care Clinic - West Palm Beach, FL

Qualifications:

- RN license in agency state

- Current CPR certification

- 1-3 years nursing experience

- Valid driver's license with auto insurance

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work in stressful environments

- Continuing education requirements

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments

- Develop and revise care plans

- Administer medications and treatments

- Provide patient education

- Coordinate patient care

- Communicate with healthcare team

- Participate in on-call duties

- Supervise home health aides and LPNs

- Attend educational programs
