Independence Home Health LLC is looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Recruiting & Retention Specialist to join our team!


We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building professional relationships, recruiting talented team members, and helping us build a strong workforce dedicated to providing quality care to our patients.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year of proven recruiting experience, including experience sourcing candidates
• Experience recruiting within a home health, home care, or community-based environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and professional levels
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when needed to communicate with candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Social media marketing experience
• Experience developing and implementing social media strategies
• Ability to develop the appropriate voice and content for each social media platform
• Proven ability to build and engage social media communities
• Experience managing and overseeing social media content
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• Experience working with Microsoft Word

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage an annual employee recruitment and retention plan
• Assist with planning recruitment needs and retention-based activities and programs
• Assist with developing and managing the departmental recruitment budget
• Foster strong professional relationships with prospective employees
• Assist new hires with the proper entry and completion of employment information
• Support recruiting efforts through social media and other recruitment strategies
• Help create a positive employee experience from recruitment through onboarding
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve recruiting and retention processes
