This is an exceptional opportunity for an RN with home health PDN/continuous care experience who is looking for more than a job. We are seeking a nurse leader who wants to bring their expertise to a new organization, help build a strong clinical team, and grow into a long-term leadership role.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Current California RN license
- Home health Private Duty Nursing/continuous skilled nursing experience
- Experience with medically complex pediatric and/or adult patients
- Clinical leadership, supervisory, and operational experience
- Knowledge of care planning, documentation, compliance, staffing, and clinical oversight
- Experience recruiting, training, and supporting RNs/LVNs
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with high-acuity patients requiring tracheostomy, ventilator, enteral feeding, respiratory, neurological, or other complex care is highly valued.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an RN who enjoys both clinical and operational responsibilities and wants to help shape a program from the ground up.
If you have been looking for a career opportunity where your experience will be valued, your ideas will matter, and you can become part of building something great, we would love to hear from you.
