Compensation & Benefits

Your Role

- Provide skilled treatment under PT supervision, including gait training, therapeutic exercise, balance and fall prevention, and neuromuscular re-education- Carry out individualized plans of care to improve mobility, function, and safety in the home- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, assistive devices, and home safety- Communicate patient progress and changes to your supervising PT and the care team- Complete documentation using AI-assisted tools

Requirements

- Current California PTA license (required)- Valid California driver's license with a clean record (required)- Home health experience preferred. Strong outpatient, SNF, or hospital PTAs are encouraged to apply, and we'll provide home health orientation- Ability to travel regularly within San Francisco County

Schedule

- Full-time or per diem- Monday through Friday, weekend availability a plus- Direct hire position, not a contract role
