Job Description:
Home Health Physical Therapist AssistantFull-Time | Monday–Friday | Malden-Melrose-Saugus Territory
Help patients rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence without rushing from one treatment room to another.
As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll deliver personalized therapy in each patient’s home under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. You’ll have the opportunity to focus on one patient at a time, develop meaningful relationships, and see how your care improves everyday life.
Focused patient relationships
Deliver individualized care without managing several patients at once.
Independence in the field
Organize your daily visits and work throughout the Easton territory.
Visible results
Help patients safely walk, transfer, manage stairs, and return to everyday activities.
Support when you need it
Collaborate with an experienced Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary clinical team.
Room to grow
Expand your skills through continuing education, tuition assistance, and advancement opportunities.
Providing treatments outlined in the Physical Therapist’s Plan of Care
Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
Helping patients improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and endurance
Teaching patients and caregivers how to safely continue exercises at home
Demonstrating the proper use of walkers, canes, wheelchairs, prosthetics, orthotics, and other assist
