We’re hiring a Physical Therapist in Waterbury, Connecticut, who wants greater independence, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to help build a growing home health territory while making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

You’ll provide personalized physical therapy in patients’ homes, helping them regain mobility, improve strength, prevent falls, and maintain independence. This is an opportunity to practice with autonomy while benefiting from an established nursing team and a smaller, relationship-focused organization.

What makes you a great fit

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Connecticut or eligible for licensure
• Prior professional PT experience required
• Home health experience preferred
• Comfortable performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and managing documentation
• Independent, organized, and confident managing a mobile caseload
• Passionate about helping patients remain safe and independent at home

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $105,000–$130,000 annually
• Additional productivity incentive opportunity

• Mileage reimbursement of $0.725 per mile between patient homes
• Weekly payroll
