Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible home health position. The PT will provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes while managing a flexible daily schedule.
Coverage Area: Visits are located within the city limits of Fresno, Madera, Clovis, Sanger, and Fowler.

Competitive pay-per-visit compensation plus an hourly rate for all time worked

Requirements
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
Active California Physical Therapist license
At least one year of Physical Therapist experience in a home health, hospital or outpatient setting
Authorized to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work visas are not available for this position
