Home Health Physical Therapist (PT)

Coverage Area: Visits are located within the city limits of Fresno, Madera, Clovis, Sanger, and Fowler. Authorized to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work visas are not available for this position.

Overview:

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible home health position. The PT will provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes while managing a flexible daily schedule.

 

Coverage Area: Visits are located within the city limits of Fresno, Madera, Clovis, Sanger, and Fowler.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Active California Physical Therapist license
• At least one year of Physical Therapist experience in a home health, hospital or outpatient setting
• Authorized to work in the United States; employer-sponsored work visas are not available for this position
