Home Health Physical Therapist (PT)

Overview

We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible Home Health position. This position involves home care visits with adult and geriatric patients in the home setting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Physical Therapist license in California (or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable driving patient-to-patient throughout the day
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
