We are currently seeking multiple compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our growing Home Health team.
Coverage Area- Daily travel to patients homes in and around Plymouth, MN, with coverage across western Minneapolis suburbs.
Qualifications- Bachelor s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Minnesota Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain
- CPR certification required
- Strong clinical skills in rehabilitation and patient mobility improvement
- Experience in home health or outpatient therapy preferred
- Knowledge of home care practices and treatment planning for in-home rehabilitation
