We are seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our expanding Home Health team serving multiple counties throughout Central California. This position offers the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one care in patients' homes while enjoying a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Service Areas: -

• North - Stockton, Lodi and Valley Springs
• Central - Modesto and Oakdale
• South - Merced, Los Banos and Sonora

Employment type - Full-Time & Part-Time

Salary: $125,000 $150,000/year

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active California Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience
• Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
