Pay Structure: Pay Per Visit about $29-32/hour, Paid Drive Time, Rural Drive Pay

What You'll Do

Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Assist in implementing individualized care plans.

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility techniques.

Document patient progress accurately and maintain timely clinical records.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
What We're Looking For

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Current PTA license in Missouri and Kansas (or ability to obtain both).

Home health or outpatient experience preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
