Job Summary:
The Home Health Orders Specialist manages the clinical documentation lifecycle for physician orders, face-to-face encounters, and Plan of Care certifications within the home health setting. This role serves as a key liaison between field clinicians, clinical leadership, physicians, and administrative teams to ensure timely processing, tracking, and completion of medical documentation.
