    What You'll Do
    • Provide Skilled COTA Care: Implement individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
    • Perform Therapeutic Interventions: Focus on ADLs, adaptive equipment training, and home safety to help patients improve their independence and safety.
    • Report Patient Progress: Document patient responses to treatment and communicate effectively with the supervising OT to ensure coordinated care.
    • Manage Your Visits: Set your own schedule and visit cadence based on the plan of care.
    • Document Efficiently:Use one simple EMR system for all notes (with tools available to minimize documentation time!)
    What You'll Need
    • Valid California Occupational Therapy Assistant license
    • CPR or BLS certification
    • Driver's license and auto insurance
    • Physical + TB test (within the last year)
    • Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
