    • Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Therapeutic Interventions: Provide hands-on therapy to improve patients' daily living skills, mobility, and independence. Implement therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment training, and environmental modifications.
    • Patient Education: Educate patients and families on strategies for managing and adapting to their conditions, maximizing their independence and quality of life.
    • Documentation: Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
    • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy practice.

    Requirements:

    • Licensure: Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida.
    • Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab.
    • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
    • Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing quality care.
    • Transportation: Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
