Key Tasks and Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), low-income senior housing, and PACE programs
- Develop partnerships with local community organizations and senior-focused networks
- Represent ABC Home Healthcare Services at community events, expos, health fairs, and network meetings
- Identify and nurture referral sources to consistently generate new client leads
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience from first contact onward
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, or community outreach, especially within senior services (preferred)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who can work independently in the field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Highly organized with effective time management and follow-through
- Genuine passion for making a positive impact in the senior community
