Job Summary The Lab Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the scheduling, collection, processing, and reporting of laboratory tests for patients receiving in-home care. This role serves as the primary liaison between in-home nursing staff, patients, external laboratory vendors, and physician offices to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient laboratory services. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and manage home laboratory services, including scheduling and tracking blood draws.
- Monitor laboratory orders to ensure timely specimen collection and processing.
- Communicate with in-home nursing staff, patients, physician offices, and laboratory vendors regarding scheduling, test status, and results.
- Ensure laboratory documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within required timeframes.
- Track outstanding laboratory orders and follow up as needed.
- Maintain organized records while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Assist with additional administrative and care coordination duties as assigned.
Qualifications 1-2 years of clinical laboratory or healthcare coordination experience preferred; home health experience is a plus but not required. Hands-on training will be provided for the right candidate. Schedule - Full-time

Compensation - Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
