A growing home health organization in the Kent area is seeking an accomplished Director of Nursing to provide senior-level clinical leadership across operations, compliance, staff development, and quality of care.

This opportunity is best suited for an experienced home health leader who has successfully managed clinical teams, strengthened operations, maintained strong regulatory standards, and helped an organization scale while protecting quality of care.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Washington RN license in good standing

• 8+ years of nursing experience, with substantial experience in home health

• 5+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience as a DON, Clinical Director, Administrator, Regional Clinical Leader, or similar

• Deep knowledge of Medicare home health regulations, CMS Conditions of Participation, OASIS, survey readiness, and accreditation standards

• Proven experience leading clinical operations, case management, documentation compliance, QAPI, and performance improvement initiatives

• Strong track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing nursing and clinical teams

• Ability to identify operational gaps, implement process improvements, and maintain high standards across a growing census

• Experience partnering with executive leadership on staffing strategy, growth initiatives, and organizational goals

• Strong judgment, communication, accountability, and leadership presence

• BSN preferred; advanced degree a plus
