About the Role:Le' Feather Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team in North Little Rock, Little Rock, Jacksonville, Pine Bluff, El Dorado, Monticello, Cabot, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers to ensure client safety
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Requirements:- Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and document services accurately
- Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility support
