Home Health Aide - Nassau

Base Pay rate $19.65 - 21.32 per hour 

Schedule: 

• Shifts 4 -12 hours 
• Days shift/evening shifts
• Monday -Friday
• Weekends availability 
• Self-determined schedule 
• Differentials available

Care Delivery:

To provide the highest quality of care to Allegiant Home Care clients utilizing the plan of care provided to ensure clients' needs are met in relation to safety, Well-being and satisfaction. 

• Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing and other daily tasks.
• Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs 
• help with general light housekeeping
