We have per diem and live-in opportunities throughout Long Island, with a variety of schedules and shifts available. Whether you want to work a few days a week, pick up extra hours, work 4–12 hour shifts, or take on a live-in case, we have opportunities to fit different schedules and preferences.

As an HHA with Affirmed Home Care, you’ll provide compassionate care and meaningful support to clients in the comfort of their homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
Personal care and hygiene
Assistance with mobility and daily activities
Medication reminders
Light meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Companionship and emotional support
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
Valid NY HHA Certificate
Experience assisting with transfers and mobility
Eligibility to work in the U.S.
Physical exam within the last 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within the last 12 months, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
MMR immunization within the last 10 years
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for applicable cases
