Competitive Pay: $19–$21 per hour
Flexible Scheduling: Daytime, evening, weekday, and weekend opportunities
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities: Minimum 20 hours of availability per week
Variety of Shifts: Short 2–4 hour visits and longer assignments

As an HHA or PCA, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing essential support that helps them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Supporting mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Preparing meals and assisting with daily routines
Providing medication reminders
Assisting with light housekeeping and household tasks
Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
Observing and reporting changes in client conditions
Following individualized care plans and agency procedures
Encouraging independence and promoting clients' overall well-being
Required:
Current Massachusetts HHA or PCA certification
Current TB documentation
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
Authorization to work in the United States
Minimum availability of 20 hours per week
Dependability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
Compassionate and respectful approach to caregiving
Previous home care experience is preferred but not required.

Available schedules vary based on current client needs and may include shorter visits, extended daytime shifts, evening assignments, and weekend opportunities.
