This opportunity is for compassionate, responsible Home Health Aides (HHAs)<\/b> to provide personal care and companionship to elderly clients and individuals with special needs or limited mobility.
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support)
  <\/p><\/li>

• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
  <\/p><\/li>

• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
  <\/p><\/li>

• Support clients with limited mobility or special needs respectfully and safely
  <\/p><\/li>

• Maintain confidentiality and follow care plans accurately
  <\/p><\/li>

• Travel to client locations within Broward County<\/b>

  • English and/or Spanish fluency
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Valid ID and authorization to work in the U.S.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Reliable personal transportation (required for assignments)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Must pass:

    • Background check (Level II)<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Drug test<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>

        All applicants must have completed the following required HHA training and compliance courses<\/b>:
        <\/p>

        • HHA Certificate (75 instructional hours minimum)<\/b>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Zero Tolerance<\/b> training
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Direct Care Core Competence<\/b>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • CPR / AED (Child & Adult)<\/b>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • First Aid Certification<\/b>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • HIV, Infection Control, OSHA & Blood -borne Pathogens<\/b>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • HIPAA Compliance Training<\/b>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Alzheimer’s Disease & Related Disorders Certification<\/b>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Domestic Violence Certification<\/b>
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Selected applicants will also complete all agency -required E -Training modules<\/b> and receive clearance to work with elderly and special -needs clients.

          Additional certifications or renewals may be coordinated during the interview and onboarding process.
