We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a client in Marysville, OH. This is a great opportunity for caregivers who value consistent scheduling, meaningful work, and building strong client relationships.
Schedule
Monday through Sunday (choose a consistent schedule)
Shift Options:
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
or 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
About the Client
Diagnosed with COPD and emphysema
Right hip replacement; left hip replacement anticipated
Requires 1-person assist for transfers
Uses a wheelchair and scooter
Lives with a small, friendly dog
Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal care (bathing, hygiene, grooming)
Support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Prepare meals based on dietary needs
Run errands (grocery shopping, prescription pickups)
Provide safe mobility assistance and companionship
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of home care, HHA, or caregiving experience
Experience with personal care and mobility assistance preferred
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
Strong communication and time management skills
Comfortable working in a home with a dog
