Home Health Aide / Companion Caregiver

Location: Oreland, PASchedule: Approximately 12 hours a day, including weekend and weekday availability, evening weekends mandatory

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented Home Health Aide/Companion Caregiver to provide support and companionship for an elderly client in Oreland, PA. The ideal candidate will be dependable, attentive, and committed to promoting the client's well-being, safety, and independence.

Salary

Pay Rate is between $16-$20 dollars.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Physically able to walk up to three miles daily with the client.
  • Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
  • Prior caregiving, home health aide, or companion care experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both weekdays and weekends.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Schedule

  • Approximately 12 hours a day.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Additional weekday hours available based on the family's needs.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Empathetic and compassionate nature toward clients.
  • Ability to follow instructions and document care services accurately.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
