Job Summary
We are looking for  Home Health Aides' and CNAs' to join our team! You will directly work with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. 

Responsibilities 

• Assist patients with daily activities such as transferring in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, etc.
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, light housekeeping, meal prep, or assisting with personal care
• Give medication reminders

Qualifications

• Level 2 background check
• Driver’s license required 
• CPR certification required
