We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Home Health Aide or Caregiver to join our Albuquerque team. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, following a personalized care plan to help them live safely and comfortably with dignity and independence.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention support
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
- Remind clients of medications at scheduled times
- Provide companionship and build genuine relationships with clients and their families
- Document care notes and report any changes in client condition to your supervisor promptly
- Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed
- Engage clients in exercises and activities that support their health and wellbeing
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 6 months of paid caregiving or home health aide experience is required
- Active and valid driver's license with reliable transportation to client homes in Albuquerque and surrounding areas
- Ability to pass criminal background check, MVD check, drug screening, and health screening
- Strong communication skills with clients, families, and your care team
- Ability to work independently with compassion and integrity
- CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is preferred but not required if experience requirement is met
