We are seeking a Home Health Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will meet various clients in their homes. You will administer medications, provide healthcare advice, monitor patients’ recovery, and accurately complete patient records. The ideal candidate is an experienced nurse who can provide their patients with care, compassion, and healthcare excellence.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients to understand their healthcare concerns
- Provide health care and nutritional advice when appropriate
- Monitor patient recovery
- Write reports and provide them to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain equipment and medical supplies in a well-organized and sterile fashion
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent
- Previous experience as home Health Nurse or in a similar position is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Compassionate and empathetic

In 1962, Spanish Peaks Mental Health Center was established as a community mental health center in Pueblo, Colorado.
