    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines for Home Health services.

    • Prepare, submit, and track Medicare claims and required documentation.

    • Oversee OASIS documentation, care plans, and other regulatory paperwork.

    • Support agency audits and accreditation (e.g., Joint Commission, ACHC, CHAP).

    • Stay updated on Medicare rules and industry changes that impact home health.

    • Assist with billing, authorizations, and patient eligibility verification.

    • Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to maintain compliance.

    • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping.

    • Oversee the entire home health agency's operations, including staff management, policy implementation and regulatory compliance.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Medicare or CMS in compliance, billing, and coding.

    • Must have prior healthcare experience.

    • Strong familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentation software.

    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    • Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations is a plus.
