• $25–$50/hour base, commensurate with experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Run residential service and repair calls with a focus on accurate diagnostics and quality work.
• Troubleshoot and repair furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, and boilers.
• Proactively spot issues to reduce callbacks and prevent equipment failures.
• Present clear, honest options: repair vs. replace, financing, and service agreements.
• Use ServiceTitan on an iPad and complete digital estimates/invoices.
• Track and meet revenue and service KPIs.

About You

• Experienced in residential HVAC with a history of successful in-home service calls.
• Comfortable with technology: ServiceTitan, iPads, and digital paperwork.
• Excellent communicator who builds trust with homeowners.
• Accountable, detail-oriented, and driven to do the job right.

Requirements

• Knowledge of safety regulations and local codes.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Physical & Environmental Expectations

• Regular standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, and ladder use; frequent hand/arm use, hearing, and speaking.
• Work in hot/cold conditions including crawl spaces; lift 50+ pounds.
• Close vision and ability to adjust focus required.
• Outdoor work across multiple seasons as jobs demand.
