What you’ll do

• Supervise and execute residential HVAC installations from planning through startup and handoff.
• Install, service, and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Verify compliance with local codes and regulations on every project.
• Run diagnostics and troubleshoot issues to keep projects moving.
• Provide outstanding customer service; answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices on quality and safety.
• Maintain precise records for installs, repairs, and service calls.
• Collaborate closely with the team to meet deadlines and deliverables.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certifications preferred.
• At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong command of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
• EPA Universal or EPA Type 2 certification.
