- Up to $45/hour base, plus a performance bonus plan stacked on base pay
- Our HVAC Service experts can earn up to $50+/hr with added bonuses and incentives
- Sign-on bonus potential up to $15,000 for top candidates

What You Need to Succeed
- Experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician
- Relevant licenses and certifications (HVAC Journeyman's License required)
- Valid driver's license; clean driving record
- Professional appearance; strong communication and customer service
- Driven, reliable, and team-oriented
