We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Home Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, conducting in-home inspections (crawling in attics and crawlspaces!!) and providing tailored solutions to improve their home comfort systems. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, be physically capable of performing attic inspections, and possess proficiency with CRM systems to manage sales pipelines effectively. Duties
- Conduct in-home inspections, including attic assessments, to evaluate customer needs and identify potential solutions.
- Present inspection findings and available options clearly and professionally to customers.
- Close sales by effectively negotiating and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline by following up with prospects and managing ongoing customer relationships.
- Utilize CRM systems proficiently to track leads, update customer information, and monitor sales progress.
- Carry out physical tasks associated with inspections, such as carrying ladders and crawling into attics; must be in good physical condition and comfortable working in confined spaces without feeling claustrophobic or grossed out.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and service delivery throughout the sales process.
Experience
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within home services or related industries.
- Strong skills in sales negotiation and closing deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines is required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to home inspections, including attic assessments; candidates should be physically fit enough to carry ladders and access tight spaces comfortably.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Prior experience conducting home inspections is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
