University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team in White Lake, MI. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate records of care and communicate effectively with clients and their families.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus.
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Ability to pass background checks.
