Salary: $80,000 per year

We are hiring an experienced Home Care Scheduler / Staffing Coordinator for an established home care agency on Long Island!

This position is ideal for someone with experience scheduling Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), and caregivers in a fast-paced home care environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume HHA, PCA, and caregiver schedules.

• Manage caregiver callouts, open shifts, emergency coverage, and last-minute scheduling changes.

• Match caregivers with clients based on availability and care needs.

• Recruit, interview, screen, and onboard home care aides.

• Maintain communication with caregivers, clients, and families.

• Support caregiver retention and consistent client coverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of home care scheduling or caregiver staffing experience required.

• Experience working for a home care agency, home health agency, or private-duty home care provider.

• Private-pay or insurance-funded home care experience preferred.

• Experience with HHAeXchange, WellSky, or similar home care scheduling software preferred.

• Caregiver recruiting or staffing experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
