We are a family-owned and locally operated home care company serving families in Honolulu. We are growing and looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to help expand our client base and referral network.

What You'll Do

• Generate new home care clients through sales, networking, community outreach, and referral development.
  
  
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, senior living communities, physicians, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
  
  
• Develop new referral sources and consistently follow up on leads.
  
  
• Make in-person sales and marketing visits throughout Honolulu.
  
  
• Attend networking events, community events, senior expos, and healthcare events.
  
  
• Educate families and referral partners about our home care services.
  
  
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly growth goals.
  
  
• Work with our care team to turn referrals into new clients.
  
  
• Represent our family-owned company professionally throughout the community.

Qualifications

• Sales, marketing, business development, healthcare, home care, senior care, or related experience preferred.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  
  
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  
  
• Professional and personable.
  
  
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
  
  
• Knowledge of the Honolulu healthcare or senior-care community is a plus.
