Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager.
Coverage needs primarily in and around the
Beverly/Marblehead/Salem/Swampscott, MA area.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
- Occasional weekends may be required
- Highly competitive pay rates with IRS mileage reimbursement

- 13 week contracts (possible to extend and/or stay on permanently)
The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPN's and Home Health Aides.
Requires minimum 1 year of recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.Great benefits include:- Health, Dental, Vision
