This role offers the flexibility of Part Time and Per Diem schedules, making it ideal for RNs looking to balance work with other personal or professional commitments.Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with a patient’s individualized care plan- Conduct home visits to assess patient health and home environment- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed- Monitor and document changes in patient condition- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members- Educate patients and caregivers on health maintenance and disease management- Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety protocols
Qualifications:- Current and unrestricted RN license in the State of Hawaii- Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience; home care experience preferred- CPR certification (BLS)- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking ability- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
