Home Care Physical Therapist.
Coverage needs primarily in and around the
Brockton, MA area and surrounding towns.
- Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
- Shorter works weeks considered
- No weekends or holidays required!

Requires minimum of 1 year recent Home Health Physical Therapy experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency. Great benefits include:- Health, Dental, Vision
