Home Care Customer Service Representative (Csr)

Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our home care office, and we're looking for someone dependable, upbeat, and ready to be the friendly voice our clients and caregivers hear first. No healthcare admin background needed. We'll train you.

This CSR role is the front line of our home care office. You'll answer phones, greet clients and caregivers, support scheduling, and help with patient intake when needed. It's a busy, people-focused environment, and the right person will bring energy, consistency, and a genuine willingness to pitch in wherever it's needed.

We're a locally owned, Veteran and nurse owned home health, hospice, and personal care agency that's been part of the OKC community since 1999. We hold a 4.5 star CMS rating, and our office team gets to be part of that mission too, whether it's supporting our clinicians or helping out with community programs like Meals on Wheels and our Veteran-to-Veteran coffees. Schedule

Full time, office-based, Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and greet clients, caregivers, and staff with warmth and professionalism
• Support day-to-day office operations in a busy home care environment
• Assist with patient intake tasks and back up the intake coordinator when needed
• Help with scheduling support, data entry, and general administrative tasks
• Stay organized and adaptable as priorities shift throughout the day
• Show up consistently, because our clients and team count on it

What We're Looking For

• Someone with reliable, consistent attendance. That's the number one thing we need
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong people skills for phone and in-person interactions
• Comfortable multitasking and staying organized in a busy office
• No healthcare or medical office experience required. We provide training. Your reliability and attitude matter more than your resume
