About the Role:Abundant Love Home Care Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Caregiver to join our growing team in Valdese, Grainite Falls and Hickory NC. Responsibilities:- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Administer medication reminders and monitor client health conditions
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Document and report changes in client condition to supervisors promptly
Requirements:- Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, patient, and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans with minimal supervision
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
