As a Home Care Aide at Right at Home South Bay, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and professional care to our clients. As part of our dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:
Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to clients
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companion care
Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients and their families
Work closely with the care team to ensure the highest level of care is provided
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Registered as Home Care Aide (or willing to register) CNA preferred
Current TB Test
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with strong communication skills
