Home Care Assistant Administrator

Join our team as a Home Care Assistant Administrator and play a key leadership role in our growing Home Health and Private Duty department! In this position, you will oversee daily operations, support a dedicated team of caregivers, and help ensure the delivery of exceptional, personalized care to the residents we serve.

How you will make an impact

• Work with the Home Care Administrator to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and Agency policies and procedures. 
• Review and analyze financial management, participate in planning, developing, and maintaining the operating budget
• Participate in quality improvement programs; continuously evaluate and improve processes, systems, and workflows in partnership with the corporate team. Evaluate systemic problems and develops action plans to address them. 
• Address compliance, complaint, and staff/patient grievances and reports them according to policy.
• Foster effective teamwork among the Agency’s staff and community’s management team to ensure high-quality service and care.

Compensation: Salary range $85k-105k with potential for annual bonus.

What you will need 

• Minimum of 1-year experience in Private Duty, Home Health, Healthcare or Senior Living
• Previous supervisory experience
