    Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others? Join our team as a Home Care Aide (HCA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and adults.

    You’ll provide non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

    Pay

    $19–$21 per hour

    What You’ll Do

    • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
    • Prepare meals and provide assistance with eating when needed.
    • Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
    • Provide light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and general household organization.
    • Provide medication reminders and assistance with self-administered medications.
    • Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, errands, and recreational activities.
    • Provide companionship, cognitive support, and respite care for clients living with dementia.
    • Document services accurately using the Agency’s WellSky system.
    • Follow each client’s individualized care plan and promptly report changes in condition to the Program Manager or Staffing Coordinator.
    • Complete required training and annual continuing education.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • Previous caregiving experience in home care or a healthcare setting is preferred.
    • Current TB clearance.
    • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
    • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
    • Successful completion of Agency orientation and pre-service training.
    • Compassionate, reliable, respectful, and committed to providing high-quality care.

    Physical Requirements

    This role involves hands-on caregiving and requires the ability to:

    • Stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs.
    • Safely assist clients with transfers, positioning, and mobility, with or without transfer equipment.
    • Perform physical caregiving tasks in clients’ homes without lifting restrictions.
