Home Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This position is based in Taylor, MI with competitive hourly pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00, paid semi-monthly.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with basic health monitoring.
• Support mobility and physical exercises as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Document care activities and communicate changes in client condition to supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Taylor, MI.
• Basic understanding of personal care and health assistance techniques.
• Background check clearance.
